Rising Above: Embracing a Higher Consciousness in a World of Distractions

It's easy to see the bad in the world & fall victim to a negative mindset. Any fool can operate at this level. Every day we're inundated by the toxicity of gossip, insecurities, mainstream media & propaganda, negative self talk, fear, judgement, comparison, jealousy, resentment, etc, etc, etc. This list goes on and on.

These countless distractions ultimately devolve us, both as individuals, groups, communities, and as a humanity.

To see the beauty in the world, in ourselves, and in others requires us to operate at a higher level of consciousness.

It requires courage, love, patience, forgiveness, acceptance, and even blind optimism at times. At first it's not easy but with practice becomes our modus operandi. 

Life is a blessing and should be treated as such.
